How do I book a session?

Easy!

Sign up as a Member, create a user profile and join the Take Two community.
Select your preferred session type: Discussion Sessions or Career Coaching.
Select dates and times for the number of sessions you would like to book.
Register on Wise.com and make the payment into my Wise wallet.

Check your inbox for a confirmation message verifying the dates, times and number of sessions. See you at the next one!

How many sessions can I book per week?

There are three Discussion Sessions and three Career Coaching sessions per day, Monday to Thursday. You can book as many of either (or both) as you would like. The more you practise, the more rapid your progress!

How do I book private (one-on-one) sessions?

Individual sessions offer exclusive attention and are thus more precisely tailored to your personal language-learning goals and professional objectives.

Simply click to Career Coaching and follow the regular booking steps.

How do I book sessions on behalf of my company?

You may book sessions for up to four individual participants per session, which will be build to your company rather than the individuals.

Are booking times flexible? May I book sessions according to custom days and times?

Due to limited spaces, Take Two offers a set timetable from Monday to Thursday.

As such, we do not offer flexible scheduling.

How do I pay for my session(s)?

Can I use an alternative payment method?

At present, for the sake of security and reduced transaction fees, Take Two uses Wise.com exclusively.

How can I reduce bank fees for purchasing sessions?

The most economical option is to purchase a batch of sessions at a time (e.g. 15 to 20) through Wise.com. Depending on the session frequency, this would cover 3 to 6 months of coaching.

How many sessions can I purchase at once?

To save on bank and transaction fees, you can buy multiple sessions in a single purchase. There is no necessary limit on how many you can purchase at once.

What is the maximum number of participants in group sessions?

Discussion Sessions host up to four participants from a wide range of cultures all over the world.

How are group sessions structured?

We start by defining the session topic and objectives, introducing any new concepts.
We then attempt several activities, each aimed at targeting specific skills and capacities.
Each participant receives five minutes of individual speaking time, so everyone has an opportunity to pracise articulation, building crucial awareness for creative expression, error-correction and confidence.
Finally, each participant posts any work produced during the session for feedback.

Do group sessions include participants from different cultures?

Yes! This enhances deeper understanding of language usage, as speakers learn to discern accents, idioms and nuances in expression from other parts of the world.
