Terms & Conditions

Scope of Services 

Coaching services at Take Two Coaching do not substitute professional advice.  The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes.  

 

For Executive Coaching, the Coach tailors sessions to align with the specific goals of the individual Client, based on their unique needs and preferences. 

​

Group discussion formats allow for individual participation within a group context.  The Coach moderates sessions to rotate participation in all important communicative modalities. 

Fees & Payments

Clients agree to book and pay the agreed-upon coaching fees upfront to avoid disruption of the coaching schedule in place, providing at least 48 hours' notice prior to scheduled sessions.

 

Where the Coach is unable to conduct a paid session, the full  session fee or the cancelled session will be applied to future sessions.

 

Payment is due once purchased sessions have culminated and only two paid sessions remain.

 

Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services until the outstanding fees are settled. 

​

Fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and valid for a period of 12 months.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule a session must give a minimum of 8 hours' notice before the agreed starting time. 

​

Cancellations given with fewer than 8 hours' notice will be forfeited and invoiced in full. 

​

A  maximum of 3 sessions in a one-month cycle may be altered with adequate notice. 

​

Clients wishing to take a leave of absence from coaching may arrange a coaching holiday period upfront with 2 weeks' notice

 

The coach may reschedule sessions if necessary and will provide 8 hours' notice to the client.

 

Clients are required to attend sessions at the agreed upon time, for the entire duration.

Confidentiality

All information and coaching materials shared between the Coach and Client during sessions is considered confidential unless otherwise agreed.

Conduct & Communication

Sessions are vibrant and participatory in nature. 

 

Clients agree to actively engage in discussions, for the development of their professional and communication skills.

Clients agree to enable an environment conductive to learning - one where all participants feel safe, respected and encouraged to express themselves fully, without judgement.

​

Inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will result in the termination of services.

​

Clients wishing to raise concerns about misconduct are encouraged to contact the coach directly by email or, when urgent, on WhatsApp.

Termination Period

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with prior notice.

 

The Coach may choose to terminate the coaching relationship in case of a breach of the terms and conditions. 

Liability

The Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the coaching relationship. 

Updates

Clients will be notified when Terms & Conditions are updated.

South African Jurisdiction

By entering into a coaching relationship with Take Two Coaching, the Client acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, which are governed under South African law.
